L'hébergement très spacieux est situé au milieu d'une grande propriété d'oliviers, bénéficiant d'une vue panoramique sur la mer et la montagne. Luigi a donné bons conseils pour visiter la région, et s'est montré réactif et efficace pour nous aider car notre voiture était en panne.
L'hébergement montre quelques signes d'usure (portes, plafond). Nous étions en hors saison et les espaces extérieurs n'étaient pas mis en valeur.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nel b&b di Luigi per un impegno di famiglia. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e con una bella luce, molto carina anche la terrazza dalla quale si vede la piscina della struttura e il mare. Ottima la colazione con brioche e pizza comprate personalmente da Luigi ogni mattina in base ai nostri gusti. Spero di poter tornare con più calma in estate e godere meglio tutto quello che il b&b offre piscina compresa

Unterkunft konnte über ein abgeschlossenes Tor befahren werden, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Frühstück wurde auf die Terrasse serviert (immer Plundergebäck, manchmal Focaccia oder Pane e Pomodoro), Saft und wirklich großzügig und ausreichend Kaffee..
Ausstattung - Sauberkeit - ungepflegter Allgemeinzustand
Trotz sehr genauer Angabe der Ankunftszeit mussten wir fast 45 min auf den Vermieter warten. Etwas anstrengend im August um die Mittagszeit.
Bei Anreise wurden wir darum gebeten, die Küche nicht zu benutzen, denn es wird ja ein Frühstück serviert und daher muss man ja die Küche nicht benützten.... Falls doch sollten wir aufpassen und die nicht wirklich saubere Küche dann sauber hinterlassen.
Wir haben aber genau deshalb eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, um die Möglichkeit zu haben, für die Kinder eine Kleinigkeit zuzubereiten. Aber auch das war schwierig, da kaum Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser vorhanden waren. Bei Nachfrage haben wir das aber bekommen, was fehlte.
Dennoch war es ein etwas ungewöhnlicher Einstieg in den Urlaub....
