A beautiful spot nestled amongst the hills overlooking the Tuscan countryside. We loved our time here. The room was well furnished and decorated, the outdoor areas were well kept, the pool with an amazing view and a spa to top it all off.
I have to say, the food is unmissable. You must arrange to dine on-site! Our cook Brunella cooked us to most amazing Tuscan dishes. The food was so good we opted to eat at the Agriturismo again the next night rather than go down to the Arezzo. Brunella even went to the extra effort to explain the dishes.
Wine is made on-site too and exquisite.
Nothing! The hill to access the property is easily navigated provided you take it slow and steady.

A house with so much potential but a very misleading description of facilities..it is not clear that you must drive at least 8km round trip if you want to even see the pool on treacherous road completely unsuitable for vehicle carrying 6 people. We booked property expecting 4 bedrooms for 6 people..fourth bedroom locked and we were asked €50 more if we wanted it unlocked and €10 if we wanted sheet for mattress in living room
very dangerous road access with no pool or hot tub....we were told not enough water to be able to fill hot tub. Unfair unclear listing in almost every respect

it was very tranquil with beautiful views. the dinner was outstanding.
liked the property but it was difficult to arrange transportation there without a car. it was difficult to communicate with the staff who didn’t speak English.

The incredible friendly staff, the view, the jacuzzi, the food (dinner for 35 and breakfast), the pool, the cats (9), the lay-out, the location, everything was amazing
nothing! as many people have commented, the road to the agriturismo is steep and rocky, but any car can ride up there and after one ascent and one descent you’ll feel comfortable about the drive.
Another suggestion would be to update the kitchen of our room, as it is a bit outdated, but we haven’t even used the kitchen because the available dinner and breakfast were amazing.

Unfortunately we were not able to discover the location in real. Images on website look very promising. Free parking and Wlan surely sounds attractive.
Unfortunately the steep and uneven street to the location was not mentioned in the description of the location and we were not able to pass it with our VW Passat. We tried three times to call the owner for finding a common solution. As nobody picked up the phone we had to drive down backwards and looking for an alternative accommodation. Even we wanted to stay at the location but where unable to pass the road the owner charged us 115,-€ cancellation fee. This is the first disappointing situation via booking.com and obviously due to non-transparent information upfront.

Wonderful views. Everything organic. Friendly people. Vegetarian dinner and really good breakfast.
Because its at the top of a hill its a tricky drive to get up there that was quite challenging

Dinner is not bad. The place is pastoral. There are 2 large bathrooms.
The most important thing to notice is that this apartement is not near Arezzo at all. It is located on a mountain and the drive there is hard and complicated on unpaved gravel roads. It is irrelevant to go to Arezzo in the evening as this way is much more difficult for driving at night when everything is dark and there is no lighting in the road at all.
Even that this cottage has 5 or so bedrooms you'll get only the number of rooms according to the number of guests. We were 3 guests and got 2 double bedrooms, even that it would have been nice to get one more bedroom so each of us will have her own bedroom.
The only dinning option is in the lower complex of this property which contains more apartments to which you'll also need to drive about 2 miles in the conditions described above.
There is no electric heating in the house, the heating is done by feeding wood to a fireplace, and it is put out by the morning since there is not enough room for wood to sustain it.

This was an amazing place. Quiet and tranquil after a month long adventure in Italy. Hospitality was wonderful right from the beginning. Cold beer offered on a very hot day to start our stay off. A magical dinner with a sunset we had not seen in all our time all over Italy. The food was outstanding, the staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was perfect. A shout out to Maximo, Guillermo, Burnello, and Fabrizio. You all made our visit wonderful.
Loved everything!

Staff, especially the female cook was a sheer delight. You could stay for dinner for 35 euro and enjoy a very nice full Italian meal, to be enjoyed from the terrace overseeing Tuscany. The scene would not be misplaced in a romantic Tuscany movie. A small but nice swimming pool against the hill completed our stay.
You are in the Tuscany "hills" - read mountains - with narrow unpaved roads the last 10 minutes. Very sharp bends and very steep climbs are an adventure if you have to do this for the first time. Advice: put your car in first gear and do not stop on the gravel. Starting up could cause a drift from the car. Keep moving. Your reward is there: a very relaxed stay at

Quaint place 500m - 1000m above sea level. The views are AMAZING and the place is extremely quiet. We also were offered the option to have dinner for €30 - which consisted of a plate of delicious pasta and an amazing piece of tagliata - all with free flowing wine throughout. Breakfast was also served the next day for just €6. Overall, the owner and staff were great including Pedro the dog :)

It is a small paradise on the waist of a hill. The swimming pool is small, but it is almost private to us as we are alone there most of the time. The swimming pool, jacuzzi as well as the dining terrace have beautiful views from the hill. Oh, yes, the dinner is delicious and Fabrizio, the owner, is really a good chef. In the end we decided to eat here every evening because it is always delicious and predictable, while it is not very predictable when going to a random restaurant.
The villa is in a different location that is still 4 kilometers away. The villa is spacious and have complete facilities. However the facilities are a little out-dated, particularly the kitchen.
The roads to the Agritorismo and from the Agritorismo to the villa is unpaved. Some parts are narrow, steep and uneven. It is still doable for almost any car, but it could be a challenge when first arriving in the dark.

Beautiful location with amazing view, cozy lounge, loved the jacuzzi at sunset. Diner very tasty, breakfast basic but ok. Friendly staff.
Although very tasty red wine, at 10 euro for 2 glasses too expensive. Small room without view.

Colazione dolce\salata fantastica.

Las habitaciones algo pequeñas y falta de algún accesorio para colgar. La carretera estaba algo mal pues parece que la estaban arreglando

Struttura davvero bella, vista splendida, personale gentilissimo, cibo ottimo.
