La ubicación y las vistas. La cama es cómoda y el apartamento es muy completo.
La poca insonorización, se escuchaban las viviendas colindantes.

Ubicación y limpieza.
Buhardilla acondicionada como apartamento. 2 estancias unidas por un pasillo interior (no nos gustó el sistema). La habitación no tenía ventanas con vistas al exterior, solo una claraboya en el tejado.
