The accommodation is great. We came for skiing and the stay met our expectations.
Clean and tidy. You find there all You need for vacation stay. Hosts are helpful. The sauna zone is perfect.
The WiFi could be better. There were some transmission breaks. The chairs in the kitchen could be replaced by more more solid ;-)

Ruhiger Wanderurlaub ab schmuckem Bergdörfchen
Alles war perfekt und ideal, super gute Lage. Nah zur Bushaltestelle, zum kleinen Zentrum mit den nötigen Geschäften, Restaurant.Wandermöglichkeiten auch direkt ab Haus. Der Ort Völs selbst- ein schmuckes Bergdörfchen. Im Haus selbst die kostenlose Sauna eine Wohltat nach dem Wandern! Alles sauber, einladend. Die Wohnung gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Und super netter Kontakt zu Helmut, dem Gastgeber, der gerne bei allem behilflich ist und ständig unaufdringlich mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht.

Charme der 1980-er Jahre
Die schöne Umgebung, die Ruhe, der kleine Garten. Sonnenmarkise, 2 Stühle mit einem kl. Gartentisch sowie 2 Liegen und Wasseranschluss draussen waren vorhanden.
Die Erdgeschossappartman DEBONA liegt etwas unter dem Garten-Erdniveau, sodass eine diecke Stufe innerhalb (!) der FeWo durch die Eingangstür sofort in die Küche, vor die Spüle führt und ist sogar gefährlich eng beim Küchenarbeiten ! Die ganze Einrichtung stammt noch aus den 1980-es Jahren, besonders die Küche ist viel zu veraltet, nicht nur optisch. Der Wasserkocher, die 2-er Induktionskochplatte u der Kühlschrank funktionierten, die Mini-Kaffeemaschine nicht. Das Einmann-Badezimmer war absolut zu klein, nur eine Person konnte gleichzeitig vorm Waschbecken u dem WC stehen. Eine kaum nutzbare, festeingebaute Küchentisch mit beidseitig ebenfalls festinstallierten 2 Bänken waren so eng, dass man sich beim Hinsezten reinqueschten musste u das Aufstehen war noch unbequemer ! Für korpulente Personen NICHT geeignet ! Da ausser diese Sitzmöglichkeit nur ein einziger Stuhl vorhanden war, bewerte ich als NOGO. Der durch alle EG-Parteien genutze Garten war leider nicht komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser Vierbeiner nur an der Leine draussen sein konnte.

Wunderbar
Sauber und gepflegt, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Besonders gut hat uns der Saunabereich gefallen, zu dem man immer Zugang hatte. Wir konnten auf die etwas größere Wohnung im 1. OG upgraden und die Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft.
