Nice and comfortable apartment with 2 double bedrooms: one with a double bed type suite with bathroom with hydromassage cabin with music, and another with two beds of 90 cm. Cabinets in each and heating. 2 bathrooms in the house. Spacious dining room with large windows and a large panoramic terrace with incredible views, with terrace table and chairs. Full kitchen with appliances: ceramic hob, fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, extractor hood, oven and large capacity electric heater. Very well decorated, contemporary functional style. TV. Led flat screen, automatic stop capsule coffee maker, ironing equipment, etc.
The urbanization has an outdoor swimming pool, solarium with natural grass, large garden, tennis court, basketball court and a playground with swings for the little ones.
In an environment of great landscape value, on the famous Route of the Beaches, near the beach of the Cathedrals, 10 km. from Ribadeo and Asturias.
Access to the beach walking.
Covered parking space, for any type of vehicle, in the same building.
Possibility of practicing many water and water sports: surfing, sailing, wind-surfing, paddle surfing, kayaking, fishing, diving, diving, cycling and especially hiking. There is a perfectly drawn route to walk along the sea of great beauty, easy for everyone.

Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado 14 días del apartamento, la primera quincena de Julio. Hemos de decir que todo ha sido más que correcto.
El apartamento es muy bonito. El salón - cocina es perfecto para 4 personas, muy cómodo y funcional. La terraza es preciosa y las vistas no lo son menos. Tanto la habitación de matrimonio como la habitación doble son exactamente como se muestra en las fotografías, con ropa de cama y baño muy agradables. Los baños muy nuevos y agradables.
En cuanto a la urbanización y las zonas comunes son muy nuevas y bien cuidadas. La piscina sin vigilancia (sin socorrista), pero muy limpia y agradable. La plaza de garaje es muy grande.
Por ponerle un par de pequeños defectos, las habitaciones tienen ventana a un patio interior techado, lo que les resta intimidad y luminosidad; en cuanto a la cocina está muy bien equipada y nueva pero, quizá por su tamaño, no dispone de microondas y esto hace que haya que usar permanentemente la vitrocerámica, incluso para calentar un poco de leche.
En todo caso el apartamento esta genial. Le daría un 9 sobre 10.
