Das Schloss hat eine schöne Charm, es ist als ob man in einem lebendigen Schloss übernachten würde. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es Salons und kleine Zimmer, wo man sich wie ein Schlossherr zu Hause fühlt. Die Besitzerin und das ganze Personal ist sehr bemüht, den Gästen alles zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Umbegung ist einzigartig.
Es war um die 40 Grad, als wir da waren. Leider schafften die Klimaanlagen nicht wirklich alles kühl zu halten. Wahrscheinlich ist es sehr schwierig, so ein großes, altes Gebäude zu temperieren.

Magnifique villa dans un immense domaine au bord du Pô. Beaux espaces et belle chambre, sans toutefois le confort d’un hôtel de luxe. Quel dommage que le petit déjeuner soit aussi médiocre

The hotel is in a secluded area in the countryside and the on-site pool is nice.
The rooms need refreshing and the breakfast should be more in keeping with the eco-friendly atmosphere of the establishment. Some locally produced yoghurts or jams, for example. We were also put off by finding dog mess outside the main exit door both mornings!
