Incredible view, lovely owner, comfortable beds.
In order to drive there you need to make your way through narrow streets. They are big enough … but you need to be bold. Like with other European villages. Lots of charm because the roads weren’t meant for sedans!

Words cannot adequately describe how beautiful our accommodations were and how wonderfully warm our hosts were. The property is charming, our room even had a Juliet balcony. It is so well kept and every detail from the towels to the bottles of water waiting for us to the amazing breakfast prepared freshly in the morning was top notch.

Very cosy with a great view!! The host was so welcoming and very kind and patient to give us lots of time to help us sort out the problem we had with our rental car. There are free tea and biscuits and a glass of port before going to bed. The breakfast was very generous !!

Great location at the top of the village. Ample parking outside (after drive up through narrow alleys). Very friendly welcome by host with useful information provided about dining options in Marvao. Excellent breakfast in communal area. Wonderful views from balcony off communal lounge. Tea and coffee facilities in lounge.
Nothing much. Room was average size with separate beds. Bathroom compact but adequate.
