Villa Pez is a new luxury villa in a fabulous location, everything you need is a short walk away, including the beach!
The villa has been fully refurbished with an extension to the living area, opening out with wonderful glass doors directly to the garden and pool area with a feature indoor/outdoor dining area, new furniture throughout and air conditioning as well as multi-media sound system. A super villa with huge open plan living area in a modern design combined with comfort for a great stay in Ibiza.
The garden is fully refurbished and has two umbrella covered shaded areas, a wonderful outdoor oversized sofa, double lounging bed and 2 double armchairs and double lounging bed overlooking the pool with new outdoor pool tiles making the villa even more seamless going from indoor to outdoor.
Spacious throughout, very light and airy with large windows and sliding doors, modern in design and with a very high standard of fittings.
The ground floor is a huge open plan living space with large glass sliding doors on both sides of the house opening onto the garden and amazing inside/outside dining area with table & chairs to seat 10.
Living/dining area has seating on a fabulous wooden table made using wood sourced locally in Ibiza and seats up to ten people, there's a fully fitted white and stainless steel kitchen with kitchen Island and breakfast seating.
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with a separate, spacious, walk-in shower room with WC.
Open stairs lead up to a feature galleried landing overlooking the dining and living room, making the whole ground floor very bright and airy.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with small balcony and a double bedroom with access to the first floor terrace with views over the pool and garden and the pretty hilltop Santa Eularia church.
A spacious main bathroom for these two bedrooms has a large walk in shower. Bedrooms have a full length mirror.
There is a galleried landing with glass balcony overlooking the living area leading to the wonderful master bedroom with a king size bed with a huge bathroom area.
A real feature of the villa is the master bedroom with large open plan en suite bathroom with walk in shower, double sink unit and lovely oversized bath and views overlooking the pool and the sea.
Large first floor terrace with two lounge beds and distant sea and town views, perfect for evening drinks overlooking the pretty Santa Eularia church on the hill.

Spacious open plan living room with large sofa, a flat screen smart apple TV, music system with access to our Spotify account for unlimited music, wifi, record player for Vinyl fans (!) and Apple TV with over 100 films and 'box-set' TB series including kids movies and programmes and fireplace.
Indoor/outdoor feature dining area with seating for 10 people where you can slide back the glass doors for an indoor/outdoor dining experience. Perfect for evening dining under the stars. The outside area is subtly lit and speakers either side of the pool.
Double aspect, huge glass doors opening onto the pool and gardens. Weber gas BBQ (set high for safety with children).
Umbrellas x 2 outside for shaded areas.
Feature staircase up to galleried landing and bedrooms.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Cleaning on arrival, change of Egyptian white cotton bed linen & towels on changeover day. If you are staying for 2 weeks, you will have one clean during the 2 week stay (usually on Friday or Sunday)
Beach towels also provided (1 per person).
2 x full sized hairdryers, one with diffuser.
For each arrival the villa is fully cleaned with fresh bed linen, towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person) and beach towels (1 per guest).

Car port for 2 cars with private access via steps to the house.
On the first floor there is a lovely terrace the length of the villa and accessed via the master bedroom, one double bedroom and the galleried landing.
The garden and property are fully walled in.
The owners have young twins so the villa has all the equipment you need for baby/toddlers including two cots (with bottom sheet, bring your own top sheet or baby sleeping bags), two high chairs, plastic plates/bowls/cups, lidded beakers, a blender for weaning foods, a selection of baby and toddler toys and there are plenty of shaded areas in the garden for small children to play safely on the soft grass. The rooms also have shutters so you can let them sleep during the day in a dark room while you relax by the pool. A baby monitor is also available. There's also three great children's playgrounds within walking distance and a supermarket 5mins walk and a medical centre. 3mins walk around the back of the house there is a green 'forest' conservation area, great for making dens!
The house is fully licenced as well.

Amazing villa, great proximity to the marina, town, supermarket etcHosts were very accommodating, very friendly and great communication Well equipped with everything thought ofThe hill into town was very steep, wasn't an issue for us , but I would imagine if you had a pushchair, mobility challenges it could be a concernWe would definitely stay again, loved it!

Lovely villa, and lovely people to deal with, had small issue with the water which was the council not the property and owners were extremely reactive and helpful. Second time staying in this villa and couldn’t be better location wise to Santa Eulàlia, restaurants and supermarket.

This spacious villa is located in a quiet area of the town but within walking distance of the harbour, small beach, shops and restaurants and is perfect for a family holiday. It is very well equipped and has lots of lovely extras including a great sound system and quirky lighting and was spotlessly clean. It is extremely comfortable and has all the conveniences of a proper home! The owner is extremely helpful and responds promptly to emails. Thank you for a lovely holiday!
