Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, beautiful building

Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room and common areas. Tidy and clean. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The key card to the room had to be re- activated quite often.

The breakfast was very basic and not a lot of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant in the evening was nice, garden bar area nice and relaxing with live music at night, but quite a few mosquitoes about at night so don't forget the insect repellant.

The Wi-Fi was dreadful, we did ask about it and were assured it would be looked at but was not, so we did not bother them again about it and had no Wi-Fi etc for the two nights we stayed. Pool was not that clean, needs a good chlorine shock treatment, so we opted not to use it. We booked a Superior room, but it did not look like the pictures. We were allocated room 217 which had a small balcony off the room but when you opened the curtains there were two massive air conditioning units that totally blocked the views and hummed when in use. Others in our group seemed to have better rooms, also superior rooms, so if staying opt not to have room 217.
