About this villa rental
The Dimitra's Villas Complex is situated on a 6 acre plot in Kalo Nero, Messinias and is only 10 metres from one of the beautiful beaches of Southwest Peloponnese.
It consists of 3 luxurious villas and is close to the many well-known attractions in the surrounding area.The villas are available for rent usually during the summer season, for a minimum stay of one week. You can check-in at 16:00 or later, and you can check-out at 10:00. Prices start from 1750€ per week depending on the season and the number of guests. A cleaning service is provided twice a week, including towels and linen change, garden and pool maintenance.
Our villas in Kalo Nero are designed and built to the highest standards. The premium natural materials, earthy colours, first-rate amenities and elegant decor all combine to create a perfect stay. In addition, the breathtaking sea views and striking natural environment will satisfy even the most demanding visitor.

This home is very well appointed with a big living space and a beautiful pool and yard. The beach is so easily accessible and the tavernas were a quick walk down the road.
It was a perfect place to use for planned outings to Olympia, Ancient Messina, Methoni, Kalamata and the Dirou Caves.
Highly recommend this property- it suited our group of a grandmother, two couples and two young adults. Everyone had lots of space!
