Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, sehr schön im Olivenhain gelegen.
Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem top Zustand und sehr gepflegt, der Pool Bereich ist sehr schön und sauber!
Frühstück gut und war im Preis inclusive.
Leider ist es sehr sehr hellhörig und wenn der Nachbargast um 6.00 aufsteht dann ist man eben auch wach.
Ansonsten sehr schön und ruhig hier!

The complementary small sample of olive oil bottle provided at the check out.
At first sight the pictures and the description of the hotel attract a lot but in reality, the rooms are quite cheap: no phonic isolation, only a small curtain cover the window which gives people around a certain view of your room, hard to sleep with all the light, only a soap is provided (no shampoo, shower gel etc), no complementary bottle of water, the staff calls you directly in the room to make sure you check out on the right time and not few minutes after. We took the breakfast there and most of the products were industrialised and tasteless...
I would only recommend this place for a short stay but not your complete holidays in Creta...otherwise you would be very disappointed.
