I was visiting Rodenkirchen where the hotel is located so the location was perfect. It’s on a very quiet street and my room was newly renovated and large. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was perfect for me. So all good.

Beautiful location by the river and an outstanding staff member who was working on June 10th. Upon arrival, I was given a very dusty room. When I politely mentioned the issue, she immediately took care of it, arranged another room for me, offered to help move my belongings, and was exceptionally kind and professional throughout the entire process. Her prompt assistance and positive attitude made a big difference to my stay. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
My room was extremely dusty upon arrival and, overall, did not feel very welcoming or comfortable. The atmosphere felt rather gloomy, which made it difficult to relax. However, after I reported the issue, it was promptly changed to a clean, well-maintained, and much more pleasant room. I really appreciate how quickly the situation was resolved.
