Great facilities, enough for children, excellent food, cleanliness

Our stay was excellent. The resort is beautiful, perfectly located, very clean, and very well equipped overall. All facilities are well maintained and contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All staff members—whether in the restaurant, bar, entertainment team, or housekeeping—were extremely friendly, attentive, and many of them had a wonderful sense of humor. The food was also excellent and offered plenty of variety.

Since we were arriving very early in the morning, I had booked the rooms starting from the previous day to ensure they would be available upon our arrival. To avoid being marked as a no-show, I contacted the hotel in advance and asked them to acknowledge and confirm this arrangement. Unfortunately, despite trying for weeks through multiple communication channels, it was impossible to get a response. Messages went unanswered, and nobody could be reached by phone. In the end, I had to change the arrival date and, exactly what I had hoped to avoid happened: we spent many hours waiting for our rooms. We had booked two rooms with a pool view, but instead received one room overlooking mostly the restaurant roof and another with more of a courtyard/backyard view.

First time in Tunisia and the hotel really exceeded expectations. Firstly, the all inclusive buffet is very good with lots of choice and the restaurant tasting menu (included free of charge) was really special. Next, the staff were very helpful - even happily moved us to a new room when we had an issue with our initial room. All so friendly and spoke great English. The amenities were top class, especially the spa which is very spacious with a variety of treatments. Had a shop for extra snacks, shisha bar and larger bar which was nice in the evening. There are a lot of families at the hotel and there are animation teams etc. catered to this but as a couple there were plenty of spaces for us to relax too, e.g. the adult pool. Location is also great as a base to explore Djerba / the mainland more broadly. We went to Djerbahood and did a Sahara day tour and loved it!

The hotel is very big, so we found that there is a lot of variation in the rooms. If you have preferences just tell the staff, they will accommodate! The surrounding streets - while not unsafe - are not the most pleasant for a walk

The « calm pool » has a huge AC above making a lot of noise. The hammam and sauna, that are for extra money, are NOT clean at all. We had a cat with an open throat wandering around next to lunch table for food. None of the staff carred.
