Staff is super nice -friendly and helpful in anything we need. The room was clean and a great size. The bed was very confortable and the pillows were perfect. It has 2 pools and 1 one them is huge with a lot of chairs to everyone. It is walking distance to a small town and 4min car to Monsaraz (you can even walk there).
Everything was great

Pretty property. Accommodating staff. Walkable to the restaurants in the village.
The pull out sofa bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable for me. Should have made the kids sleep on it instead 😂
