Villa Charlie

Villa Charlie è la migliore soluzione per chi ha bisogno di un alloggio confortevole vicino alle migliori spiagge di Villasimius. Essendo all'interno del parcheggio della spiaggia Timi Ama, in 2 minuti e senza alcuna fatica si è in spiaggia. Gli spazi interni ed esterni sono generosi. Oltre alla cucina interna, si ha a disposizione un'enorme cucina esterna completa di tutto.

Fantastic location near the beach. Very helpful hosts who assisted us with everything we needed.

The house is in Sardinian style, every detail is taken care of. It has been conceived and set up with taste and care. There is one room with a double bed and bathroom, a living room with a dining table and kitchen, then another section with two rooms and a bathroom. The really gorgeous part of the house, in my view, is outside though. Apart from the very useful laundry corner, there is a patium on the front, in front of which stands an alley where you can park two big size cars. Going around the house there is another patium with two armchairs and a sofa. There are two sliding doors in glass that respectively take you to each patium from the inside of the house. The doors are aligned (with the living room standing in between them) so that if you open both sliding doors a stream of air will form, bringing in the sea breeze. By the way, we seldom used the air conditioning as leaving the windows open is generally sufficient to have a cool temperature at night. Finally, there is a third very large patium on the outside with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. We ate there breakfast and dinner, so nice to eat outside, with a pleasant garden view. The garden is actually gorgeous, very ample, it is so big that it has been divided in two parts, with the second one at a distance of 25 meters from the house. There is all you need to stay in the villa, you only have to buy foods at a well furnished market which is at a 5 minutes car drive distance. (a car is highly recommended because there are no shops nearby). Location wise, the villa is only a 5 minutes walk from the sea, actually from the nicest spot in the nicest beach in Villasimius. The beach ‘Giunco’ stretches for a kilometer or so, but you are near the nicest part of the beach, with the granite rocks in front. The position of the villa indicated by google maps is not accurate, Villa Charlie is actually near Beach resort ‘Il Delfino’, fortunately, a more convenient location.
