Terrible owners

Location superb Beach lovely Town lovely..just find another lodging if you can

Dreadful owners, changed our booking night before arrival to a completely unsuitable place, and then only communicated with us on text in French language. They basically doubled booked out accommodation, despite the fact I booked exactly a year before. They also increased the internet price a month after I booked and demanded more money. Yes, after hours of anxiety, they added some beds into the new place, but now are denying doing anything wrong, despite me showing them the booking. Very poor. Booking.com have also been useless...just not helpful at all. A company is truly measured when there are issues, and Booking.com failed.

enjoyable stay beautiful golf courses.

Location 5 mins walk from town centre 1 min from beach.

2 rooms with bunk beds. we were a group of 9 golfers so 4 of the beds more for children. parking for more than one car is on meter. Transfer of deposit for property £700 or €800 took 3 weeks to get back but only got back £655 due to bank charges not owners fault.

the location and the house are beautiful. kitchen is wel equipped. beds are fine. the place was clean.

If you are with a group, it's good to understand the lay out of the premise. A double room and the room with 4 single beds are connected and share the bathroom facilities. So not that much privacy on that side of the house. The other 3 rooms do have privacy.

Tout d'abord, les échanges entre le propriétaire et la personne chargée de nous accueillir ont été excellents. Très grande disponibilité et très bon accueil. La résidence Cap Cop est très agréable à vivre. Très bien située en Centre ville et à 2 pas de la mer, elle est propice à un dépaysement total. Tout est fait dans la maison et l'environnement pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande fortement surtout pour un bon moment en famille.

Bonne localisation, proche de la mer et des commerces. La maison est spacieuse pour 8 personnes Il avait été prévu un sapin de Noël décoré ce qui était une bonne surprise. Le chauffage fonctionne bien.

La maison nécessite des travaux de rénovation, la porte des wc ne ferme pas, les volets sont rouillés, le grille pain fait disjoncter l'électricité, la vaisselle est rudimentaire, l'isolation avec l'extérieur est mauvaise tant sur le plan thermique que phonique. La propreté à l'arrivée était moyenne (mur de chambre poussiéreux).
