Best location in Seminyak

We knew ZERO about Seminak. This villa was in the most perfect location for us. We are past 60 and enjoy our solitude. There was zero noise thoughout the night. Very peaceful but literally around the corner from JL Kayu Aya and all the restaurants. Villa had a nice pool, nice 1/2 bath downstairs. I could have lived without the stairs since I had broken my toe 6 weeks earlier, but once in the bedroom BIG BEDROOM!!! it was worth the climb. Very enjoyable stay even with a few hiccups.

Stylish townhouse style villa, with great facilities, perfect location and absolutely loved our stay.

Villa is exactly as shown and was great for a 10 day stay. Pool was good and the lower pool deck feature was nice to chill out in. All facilities work well, pod coffee machine and the recliner lounge were a nice touch. Great service provided to organise food shopping for you. House staff were very good, upstairs bedroom was huge, with a comfy bed. It is in a great area, short walk to Kaya Aya and easy taxi pick up at the end of the street. Could easily stay here for longer visits.

Only a few minor things. Would have liked a sun bed outside but understand this would be tight for space. More natural light in the upstairs bedroom, I realise you wouldn’t want to be looking into neighbours yard but possibly more of the top portion of the upstairs window to be glass. None of this would stop me from staying here again.

Fantastic villa and location - would book again.

We really loved the location of this villa. Everything on your doorstep but quiet and relaxing once you entered the villas courtyard.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only feedback that I provided at checkout was that the pillows on the bed were very deep which I found uncomfortable, so a couple of smaller/thinner pillow options would have been great.

Very nice place to stay

+ Great location with many good restaurants close by. Quiet street, though other villas are adjacent. + comfortable seating areas, large bed, great bathroom. + Pool is small but it's all you need. Pool area is enclosed and neighbouring villas windows are blanked for privacy. + friendly and caring hosts

- TV's are a good size but quite outdated. Would be good to have at least one smart TV to connect devices to. - No mosquito net on bed

A modern, chic, very comfortable and well-appointed villa that suited all of our needs!

I so appreciated the communication with the property manager Hendra prior to my arrival as well as the gracious welcome I received from Ayu upon arrival. The property was in a great location, very clean and well-maintained, and had wonderful amenities including the full kitchen, Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of beach/swim towels. I also felt safe with the two doors that locked.
