This beautiful home is located in a quiet Wellfleet neighborhood on almost an acre of wooded land. It is just a mile to one of Wellfleet’s best swimming beaches on Wellfleet Harbor. The house with a natural wood interior boasts four bedrooms all with window AC units and two full bathrooms. The first floor features an open kitchen which was renovated for the summer of 2024, a comfortable living area with a 42" TV, new couch, and split AC wall unit, and two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with twin bunk beds - two twin mattresses. The second level offers two more bedrooms, one with a king and the second with two twins. The two full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs, are spacious with a tub and shower in each.
Amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor dining, and wireless internet. The large deck and screened porch are perfect for evening barbecues and entertainment, fully equipped with indoor/outdoor furniture. 3 night minimums available for an additional cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include the cleaning fee.

Our stay at Joe and Debra's home in Wellfleet was a much needed, restful and healing week. We were greeted by a handwritten note and bottle of wine, -a lovely personal touch. The house is clean, comfortable, well designed, and equipped with everything you need for a beach stay... chairs, umbrellas, toys and floats for the kids. The kitchen was very enjoyable to prepare meals in, and we enjoyed returning to the house each day after a day at the beach, the bay, the ponds, or a trip out to the Province Lands. Loved taking a quick outdoor shower and then relaxing on the deck or screened porch. The AC throughout the house made warm days and evenings very comfortable. One of the best features of this rental is its proximity to Indian Neck Beach. When the wind and surf was just too rough at the ocean beaches, we took a quick and beautiful bike ride over to Indian Neck to enjoy the calm, warm waters of the bay, and the sunsets were incredible. After many years of renting on the cape, I think this was our favorite stay yet, and will likely try to rent here again next year. Thank you, Joe and Debra, for a memorable family vacation that we all needed so much.

My grandchildren loved the bunk beds and the separate screen porch. Lovely furnishings and lots of space for adults and kids. Kitchen is very well stocked and brand new. The heat pump a/c on the main floor works great.
