Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room

First floor is directly on the ground, curtains are narrow and don’t cover the windows properly; windows are not tinted either, so basically anyone can see everything inside. Also people smoke right next to the property and that smell gets inside the room

Fantastic location (next to Bosphorus, but on a side street, so surroundings are rather quiet). Hotel/Apartments are located on a street that is on the hill, so need to take this into consideration if there are issues with mobility (however hotel's concierge noticed us on the street and immediately helped us with our heavy suitcases), and overall staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable, so together with the air-conditioning in the rooms and good automatic blinds, this gave a perfect way to rest recharge after an exhausting travel. Bathroom had the shampoo/shower gel, towels, hair dryer, slippers. Kitchen was equipped with all needed items (dishes, pots, utensils, LARGE fridge with the freezer) for those who might want to cook, and room had as well complimentary bottled water, which was very handy once we came, as it was super hot outside. Both rooms had working TV's and 2 spacious closets, there was a comfy desk, dining table and a safe too. Overall a very pleasant stay, will definitely stay again if in Istanbul.

Cleanliness level was not up to the expectation, and the WiFi signal in the room was really weak, could not load maps properly. The air-conditioning may be too loud/noisy for the light sleepers, but for those who like the "white noise" it would be perfect (muffles most of the street sounds). As well, hotel is located next to an active mosque, so during prayer times it can be a bit loud too (but this is a part of the experience)

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a family stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Beşiktaş Square, the ferry terminal, the Bosphorus waterfront, Yıldız Park, and Yıldız Palace. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, including a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dining table, and kitchen utensils. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood felt safe and convenient.

The main issue was occasional noise from neighboring apartments, especially children playing and running early in the morning. It would be better if there were a dedicated play area for children away from guest rooms to reduce disturbance. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

heating was very poor , noise insulation inside and outside very poor , curtains did not fit the windows, street environment was shabby .
