Great location, spacious clean flat. Good service overall.
Only 1 key given , despite us staying 4 people in a 2 bedroom/ 6 bed flat. Every time we were out separately and one of us came to the hotel without the key, we always had to wait -up to 15 mins on one occasion- for housekeeping to bring the extra key. We were told it was for security reasons that there is no second key given to the guests but this makes no sense

Apartments are roomy, well equipped. We received the apartment with the exact requirements we asked for, and they took our notes into consideration. Staffs are professional and nice, and always check up on guests if they need anything. Room was ready when we arrived on time without delays although it is a busy season. Breakfast is delicious with all expected options.
We would appreciate if floor mopping can be better.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room
First floor is directly on the ground, curtains are narrow and don’t cover the windows properly; windows are not tinted either, so basically anyone can see everything inside. Also people smoke right next to the property and that smell gets inside the room

room was large , as described , with plenty of amenities for a medium or long stay.
heating was very poor , noise insulation inside and outside very poor , curtains did not fit the windows, street environment was shabby .
