Need more bin liners and toilet paper and perhaps hand rails down stairs. Toilet seat in laundry broken. Needs to be replaced. Also need some English information re bins and entry and exit instructions. Maurizio was very prompt when electricity problem happened.

Mi è piaciuto assolutamente tutto....posizione vicinissima ad Ovindoli che era la nostra destinazione per una giornata sulla neve, rientrare e trovare una casa caldissima e accogliente dopo una giornata sulla neve è stato meraviglioso. Spazi ampi e funzionali, cortesia e disponibilità al top di Manuela che mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni prima e durante il nostro purtroppo breve soggiorno. Ambienti e biancheria da camera e da bagno puliti e profumati, cucina super attrezzata, vista sulla vallata davvero mozzafiato.....che dire? Complimenti di cuore a Manuela per la cura e la gestione encomiabile della sua struttura.

The location, however, parking was an issue at times.

The fact that there was only 1 fan for 4 bedrooms. One bedroom in the basement had a slight musty smell. It would have been nice for someone to meet us upon arrival. I use Booking.com all the time and usually someone greets us and explains things in the home. If you plan on renting a big car, it won't fit going down this one way street. We just made it with our Peugeot 308.
