Nice location at walking distance from the city center, quiet, clean, homey feeling. The Valamar's public beach is very near and nice for a quick dip in the sea.
There was hand soap in the bathroom, but no other toiletries (should be, according to description). The kitchen had some sugar and a bit of salt, so don't forget to bring oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, spices etc., whatever you need to start your vacation.

Da wir nach einer langen Zugreise und mit dem Katamaran erst abends auf Rab angekommen sind, hat die Schlüsselübergabe im Reisebüro gut geklappt. Wir sind dann zum Haus von Marica gelaufen und haben es dank der Beschreibung sehr schnell gefunden. Das Appartment war sehr schön und die Terrasse auch, auf der wir täglich gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen haben. Der Plaza Val Padova Sandy Beach war in der Nähe. Wir besuchten den auch, aber er war sehr überfüllt und laut. So dass wir dann immer mit dem Taxi Boot nach Love Island gefahren sind und den ruhigeren FKK-Strand besucht haben. Dort war es ruhiger, weil die Leute 5 € Eintritt zahlen mussten und der Strand deswegen nicht zu überlaufen war.
Neben dem Baden haben wir auch die Altstadt genossen und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten angeschaut. Empfehlenswert ist auch die kleine klassische Musikreihe in einer Kirche in der Altstadt. Sehr schöne Programme in einem besonderem Ambiente.
Sehr empfehlenswert ist das einzige vegetarische Restaurant in der Altstadt, welches wir am letzten Abend besuchten. Die Auswahl der Gerichte ist hervorragend und man sitzt in einem netten Innenhof. Das Personal super freundlich und das Essen hervorragend.
Leider hörten wir abends von mehreren Seiten die laute Musik und so hatten wir eine Kakophonie verschiedener Musikrichtungen beim Abendessen.

The landlady kept coming in the flat without our knowledge when we were not there.
