Newly built holiday home with independent access 300 meters from the sea located in the marina of Torre Vado / Pescoluse on the Ionian coast Leuca-Gallipoli in the province of Lecce.
The house benefits from a large outdoor area of exclusive relevance with table and chairs that allows you to have dinner or lunch in total independence, alternatively relax on the garden beds.
Located on the ground floor it consists of two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, bathroom with shower.
There is a laundry room for exclusive use, not shared with other accommodation.
Complete a comfortable second outdoor shower.
The car park is in front of the veranda, in the street, not subject to a fee, of limited distance.
All rooms are treated in detail, from the taps to the furnishings, also the choice of mattresses as well as the presence of mosquito nets has been evaluated to give maximum well-being.
The stereo music system present in all the rooms which can be activated and deactivated if necessary will brighten your stay, and by inserting the USB stick you can listen to your favorite songs.
Present air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with all dishes, iron and ironing board, umbrella and two bicycles for short trips.
We provide on request a baby stroller, camping cot.
It is ideal for families and young couples, there are no obstacles that can limit a comfortable stay.

Appartamento confortevole e nuovo in zona tranquilla senza rumori o schiamazzi, vicino a una delle spiagge con il mare più bello del Salento e vicino al centro, proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr sauber und Michele ist ein hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner der Empfehlungen gibt und sich kümmert.
Toll ist der große Aussenbereich mit Loungemöbeln und Sitzmöglichkeiten.

L’appartamento bellissimo e molto fresco anche a condizionatore spento. Praticamente nuovo, dotato di ogni confort (materasso di alta qualità, cucina perfettamente attrezzata e funzionante, presente persino macchina caffè a capsule di nota marca). Spazio esterno super: con doccia, tavolo per cenare sotto la veranda, lettini prendisole e bellissimo divano: Michele, gentilissimo, ci ha messo a disposizione anche le biciclette (con il seggiolino per il nostro piccolo), passeggino e giochi da spiaggia.
Cambio biancheria a metà vacanza. La cura di ogni dettaglio ha fatto veramente la differenza. Si era rotto il separé della doccia esterna e, senza nemmeno chiederlo la sera stessa lo abbiamo trovato nuovo. Nessuna spesa per i consumi, né per le pulizie.
Posizione leggermente rialzata rispetto alla spiaggia raggiungibile comunque anche a piedi. Abbiamo prenotato presso un lido (distante circa 800 mt) con possibilità di parcheggio auto gratuito nelle vicinanze se si desidera. Il tratto di mare è con acqua cristallina e spiaggia perfettamente curata. Che dire? Una vacanza semplicemente superba.
Lo consiglieremo a chiunque.

Una vacanza semplicemente perfetta, casa curata nei minimi dettagli, dotata di tutti i comfort, pulizia impeccabile e proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Non potevamo stare meglio . Consigliato assolutamente
