Wszystko. Od podejścia Pana z recepcji do Gości po atrakcje przygotowane dzieciom tzn teatrzyk
Pod prysznicem brakowało półek, co utrudniało korzystanie z prysznica.
Sporo pajęczyn na tarasie, choć wiem że mogły powstać w ciągu jednej nocy.
Mała ilość rodzaju szklanek.
Przydałby się również jakiś wiatrak nawet najlichrzy

czystość na najwyższym poziomie, pokój z balkonem, do tego pyszne śniadania. Restauracja czynna od 14, ze znakomitym kucharzem. Kryty basen w Krakus II i obsługa super. Polecamy.

It was a really pleasant stay. Quite area and nice atmosphere. We felt like we went back in time to 90s. The complex is quite big. Easy parking. Lovely staff and amazing food. The room was cleaned and tidy. Positive stay overall.
At the arrival, the receptionist advised that she is not aware if there are towels in the room. She told me that the cabin picked is the lowest standard. There was nothing mentioned that the cabin is the lowest standard when booking...
There was no soap in the bathroom.
The playground is old and not taking care of it.
Bins outside were full of rubbish.
