Location is great, 15 mins. walk to the first entry to the beach, one can even go by car and park around the different entrances all the way to Karwia. 5 mins. walk to several local food restaurants with good daily menu prices. House ("domki") has enough amenities for kids to play around in the garden: slide, swing, sandbox, swimming pool and elastic bed. Enough place in the garden to run around. Within the house, a nice balcony and enough amenities to enjoy for a short period of time. Even though having a small electric kitchenette, you can always prepare some quick food.
The mattresses are not strong enough, after a period of time back pain may happen. I would have loved the grass to be cut when we arrived and not when departed :) For those who cannot sleep with sun, there are no blackout blinds (it's common around, anyway).
