Clean and cheap hotel, not too comfy but good value for money

Hotel was quiet, clean and good value for price. But not too comfy. Huge TV in the room.

The window in the shower goes towards the inside of the hotel so you can hear others showering.

No frills but just what you need.

A simple room , facing the back of the property so it was nice and quiet even with the window open. A large fan was provided but not needed since the window could be opened. The TV actually worked!

Too much money for what you get , no bar fridge , tv volume didn't work , no hot water , shower head was clogged up. Hard bed , terrible pillows ,noisy ... The only good thing was the staff

they left me in the hotel lobby waiting for over an hour to check in because they didn't have a room ready for my arrival. After waiting for hours i was put in a room with no running water and no Wi-Fi

Decent

I think we were the only people in this place so it was extra quiet. Parties and music from town were far enough away not to be a bother and real nice walking distance from bus stops and downtown. Decent stay just bring your Espanol along cause no English was spoken.

Good stay in lxmiquilapan

Our request for main floor rooms was granted with no problem,The rooms were large and comfortable, there was a area that we could sit with a large table and chairs to play games in the evening, it was a close walk to a good pizza restaurant called Bull Pizza, and a block and a half to the Zocalo (Centro), nice close drive in the morning to Las Grutas Tolantongo

when we were registering he didn't realize that we were booked through booking.com and gave us a cheaper price, but would not ignore the fact that we had booked with booking.com so we paid higher price...Then when ready for bed, we pulled the bedspread back we found the blanket was grossly dirty, so that's the reason for the dirty comment, had to ask for towels and soap.. no drinking water in the rooms... Only hot water to make instant coffee.

Buen lugar en Ixmiquilpan.

El tamaño de la habitación fue perfecto. Muy limpio. Una pantalla plana súper grande y fácil de conectar al celular. Sus colaboradores son sumamente atentos y serviciales! Lo mejor de este lugar es sumamente personal!

Se escuchaba todas las conversaciones en la recepción, ya que la habitación estaba en la primera planta y a un lado de la recepción. Hablaban en voz alta hasta altas horas de la noche.

Llegamos y no nos dieron toallas, estuve en contacto con el establecimiento ya que al hacer la reserva no se puede hacer pago por adelantado, pero si responden las llamadas, entonces hubo buena comunicación y la estancia fue sin problemas.
