About this apartment rental
Located on the third floor of an ancient building in Trastevere, this lovely apartment offers excellent accommodation in a fantastic location. It has just been renovated so it is in excellent condition and combines a modern design with elements of the era such as the beamed ceiling. It consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed for two people, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The location is enviable, in the heart of the characteristic Trastevere district: many of the places of major tourist interest are easily reachable on foot and below the house there are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Ideal for a family, this apartment will guarantee maximum comfort from every point of view.

The apartment is in a great location, great gelato place right outside this apartment!
The apartment is not in a great condition overall. First of all, the toilet is broken and seems like it’s been like that for a while, please fix it. It’s annoying that we couldn’t flush the toilet. Secondly, the shower can’t seem to keep a stable temperature, it would go from hot to cold and then all of a sudden super hot again. Thirdly, there is a big round duct in the kitchen in the ceiling that is super loud constantly, at night we had to close the kitchen door otherwise it would be too loud to sleep in the sofa bed. Last but not the least, the air conditioning doesn’t get very cool.
I was originally going to use the washer, but this washer is quite small and dirty. I tested with a clean water run with no clothes in there, you can see the white gunk floating in the water, so I eventually decided not to use it.
Trastevere can be quite loud at night but I will say this apartment does a good job blocking out the noise from the bars at night.

Air conditioners kept getting an error code and shutting off. The room was so hot that first night we couldn’t sleep. Location was nice and close to everything we wanted to do.
