Almost everything starting from location, food, room and staff.

Missing just a coffee maker in the room. Coffee served for the breakfast time is a sort of nes coffee almost tasteless.

Hotel izgleda lepo, utisak je da je veoma cisto. Hrana je bila dobra-ima dovoljno opcija. Spa je ok, bazen doboljno velik u odnosu na ostale hotele.

Bilo bi lepo da ima nekih lezaljki u kaficu da se moze tu vise sedeti i suncati. Jastuci su neudobni. Na dorucku nema espreso aparat, a ni u sobi-sto bi bilo veoma zgodno. U sobi se nema gde susiti peskir/kupaci. Prilikom tusiranja pola kupatila se uprska. U teretani nema klime.

Restoran was not working at that period. Bad. Hamam was not working. Too far from the slopes. Minibus worked only 2 hours. For example, at 9.30 you can go to the center, but after 11.30-12.00 you should take a taxi to go back(6-10$ in one way). There are no water coolers with drinking water. A bottled water you can buy but it is too expensive. If you want to eat your breakfast with a coffee, you should eat on the one floor and drink coffee on the other floor in the lounge bar. Why? Cleaning products smell a lot for your headache. I had no smoking room but there was too much cigarette smoke from the rooms behind my. Looks like I breath and smoke at the same time. If you have a car you can stay here. But be ready to drive and find parking everyday. If you want to come as a couple for the romantic vacation without skiing just room and spa - welcome. If you want to go skiing/riding and you will come by your feet pls see another variant. But I want to say thank you for the stuff. Very kind and good people work there. I don't know, on one side there are all fine but on the other side I didn't get a comfortable vacation with all these minuses.
