Rental of a house, in a fully fenced private property.
Covering an area of 72 m² with its 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 8 people and has a garden of around 300m2 with a covered terrace.
Enclosed parking allows the parking of two vehicles.
The property is located in Folelli, municipality of Penta di Casinca, 30 km south of Bastia and 15 km from its airport.
It is on the road to the beach, it is 1.5 km from the sea and 1 km from shops (bakery, fruit and vegetables, Leclerc shopping center, ...)
It is furnished, equipped and air conditioned. It has a kitchen, a living room, 2 shower rooms + wc, 2 bedrooms with a large 140 x 190 cm bed and a bedroom with a large 140 x 190 cm bed + 2 single beds x 190 cm. Outside there is a garden furniture and a barbecue.
The W. I.F. I and linen rental are offered.
We can also provide free baby equipment (high chair, travel cot, etc.).
We do not provide bath towels.
If you do not wish to do the cleaning at the end of the stay we offer a cleaning package at € 60.

Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Erwartungen. Auch Check in/Check Out hat einfach und schnell funktioniert.

Propriétaire disponible, accueillant, de bon conseil. La plage est à 5 min en voiture, commerces également. Quartier calme. Super vacances. Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse. Séjour du 17 au 23 juillet 2021.

tout d’abord un très bon accueil.
Maison confortable dans un endroit très calme.
il manque néanmoins des placards au niveau des chambres ce qui serait bien pratique pour ranger sacs et vêtements(dans le but d'améliorer le confort)
Néanmoins nous avons passé un agréable sejour et remercions monsieur et madame Palandri pour leur gentillesse.

Sehr ruhige Lage, toller Garten und eine riesengroße Terrasse die immer genügend Schatten bietet.
Dazu kommt eine grandiose Ausstattung des Hauses bei der liebevoll an ALLES gedacht wurde. Sogar ein Bügeleisen samt Bügelbrett, einen Staubsauger und auch einen Fön gibt es. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet gut und zugfrei.
Alles in allem haben wir jeden Tag sehr genossen.
Dazu kommt noch ein grandioser Hausherr der sich um absolut alles kümmert. Uns hat Richard nach einer Autopanne umgehend und sehr kompetent geholfen, an dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank dafür.
Wer Kosika entdecken möchte aber Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.
