Atenção da equipe de recreação com as crianças
Falta de planejamento e cumprimento de horários na recreação. Também senti falta de informação no buffet e o bondinho deveria ter um fechamento automático das portas, pq muitos deixaram a porta aberta e ele trava, fazendo o pessoal ter que subir andando.

já me hospedei algumas vezes no hotel, mas fazia bastante tempo desde a última vez. Pontos mais positivos: Atendimento excepcional, recreação fantástica, Quarto muito bom.
Como já disse antes me hospedei algumas vezes e alguns pontos permanecem com possibilidade de melhoria. Vedação do box para o banheiro está muito ruim, o vidro do box é pequeno e acaba passando agua entre os vidros também, internet pode melhorar.
