The property is ideal, very clean and comfortable, very close to bars and restaurants but on the edge of the town, so quiet. Plenty of parking on street outside and a grocery store across the street.
The owner Salvatore invited us to his restaurant for drinks and made us a delicious cocktail, which was lovely, thank you.
Would highly recommend this property and Salvatore kept in touch by email during our stay to make sure everything was ok.

The name of the WiFi network (identical to the topic) provided by the owner says it all. The house is really comfortable, providing all thinkable and unthinkable amenities. It also looks nicely and is strategically placed in the center of the Budoni village but well outside of the area that is closed for traffic in the summer evenings due to stands and programme held each night. There is a number of bars, restaurants and markets nearby. A nice sandy beach can be reached by 10 minutes of walking, alternatively we could also park for free at the Stella Marina restaurant at the beach as it belongs to the same owner. The only disadvantage of the accommodation is the noise coming from cooling of the neighbouring store, placed near the entrance - it made sitting outside less enjoyable, so we rather preferred to sit inside in the evening.
The owner Salvatore is nice and friendly. Although he barely speaks English and we barely speak Italian, we were able to communicate together and he was always ready to assist either himself or through his employees.
