Localização e ótima, o apartamento muito bem arrumado, ótimas instalações, cama boa, sofá novo, chuveiros ótimo, cozinha muito boa.
A garagem por apartamento é bem apertada, fomos com carro grande e foi bem difícil para manobrar no local.
