It is suitable for short business stays of up to two nights.

The reception staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms and overall hotel space were clean. The breakfast was of good quality with an acceptable variety. The room ventilation was adequate, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel’s location and its access to public transportation and city attractions were excellent.

The hotel lobby was smaller than expected for a three-star hotel. The entrance area was such that the signage for the public parking stood out more than the hotel entrance itself. The quality of the toilet paper was not appropriate at all and appeared to be of the lowest grade. The minibar was completely empty, which in itself is not a problem, but it is recommended to at least provide a bottle of drinking water in the rooms. At night, to drink a glass of water, guests are forced to go down several floors to the lobby and purchase a small water bottle at a much higher price. The absence of even a single bottle of drinking water in the room is not in line with the standards of a three-star hotel.

Friendly staff, very nice breakfast and restaurant in general.

There was something noisy next to our apartment, maybe an air conditioner outside, but it was a constant humming next to room 1012. We probably could change the room without the problem, so it is not really a complain, just an information for future guests.

Pleasant stay! Excellent value for money!

Breakfast had a pretty good variety of bread, pastries and drinks. Also cold cuts were available. Rooms were neat and well organized. Bathroom was quite good, with a hairdryer included and water with great heating temperature.

Parking was quite tight for large vehicles and it would get filled at night, having to park at another parking lot nearby, also free of cost, which was ok.

The location of the hotel is great and bed is quite comfortable.

I had small issues when I arrived like lack of water in the bathroom sink and hot water was not available in the shower. After a while, both were fixed.

O atendimento é o que mais se destaca. Impecável.

As instalações são ótimas; o hotel é limpo, acessível e conta com excelente atendimento. Faço um destaque especial ao atendimento: desde o momento em que cheguei até a minha saída, todos foram excepcionais. Ao chegar, o recepcionista foi muito atencioso, explicou tudo com paciência e atenção, sempre muito solícito diante de qualquer solicitação. Destaco também que, quando saí, esqueci meu carregador. Entrei em contato com o hotel e uma funcionária retornou prontamente, verificou, encontrou o meu carregador e o enviou pelo correio conforme meu pedido — tudo isso com uma atenção e educação ímpares. Nos dias de hoje, é raro encontrar um local que se preocupe tanto com o atendimento ao cliente dessa forma, principalmente no pós-atendimento. Nunca vou esquecer minha estadia em Juiz de Fora. Sempre que eu for à cidade, me hospedarei nesse hotel. Deixo aqui meus sinceros agradecimentos.
