The reception staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms and overall hotel space were clean.
The breakfast was of good quality with an acceptable variety. The room ventilation was adequate, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel’s location and its access to public transportation and city attractions were excellent.
The hotel lobby was smaller than expected for a three-star hotel.
The entrance area was such that the signage for the public parking stood out more than the hotel entrance itself.
The quality of the toilet paper was not appropriate at all and appeared to be of the lowest grade.
The minibar was completely empty, which in itself is not a problem, but it is recommended to at least provide a bottle of drinking water in the rooms.
At night, to drink a glass of water, guests are forced to go down several floors to the lobby and purchase a small water bottle at a much higher price.
The absence of even a single bottle of drinking water in the room is not in line with the standards of a three-star hotel.

O hotel fica no centro da cidade de Juiz de Fora, tem estacionamento (pago a parte) e pode usar o manobrista.
Tudo no quarto poderia ser mais confortável: cama, travesseiro. As Tvs na sua maioria não são smart TV, nos dois quartos que ficamos tivemos problemas de vazamento no banheiro, bastante barulho no corredor do hotel e o café da manhã é fraco.
