Obiekt usytuowany jest w samym centrum Mrzeżyna (duża dostępność sklepów, kawiarni, barów i restauracji) oraz portu i plaży. Niedaleko jest ośrodek zdrowia oraz przystanki autobusowe (kierunki: Kołobrzeg i Trzebiatów).

Kabina prysznicowa była nieco za ciasna. Osoby z nadwagą/otyłością mają nieco ograniczone możliwości swobodnego poruszania się w niej.
