Villa Irida is a stunning beachfront retreat located along the golden sands of Rethymno, one of Crete’s most beloved coastal towns. This modern and elegantly designed villa offers luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests, combining sophisticated style with exceptional comfort. Its prime location, just three kilometers from the vibrant center of Rethymno, places guests within easy walking distance of charming tavernas, lively bars, cozy cafés, restaurants, and well-stocked supermarkets, all while enjoying the peace and privacy of a beachfront setting.



Spread across three spacious levels, the villa has been thoughtfully designed to cater to both relaxation and entertainment. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a large, open plan living and dining area, tastefully furnished and flooded with natural light. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a pleasure. This level also features two bedrooms, one with twin beds and an en-suite shower/WC and another with a double bed and as long as another shower/WC. French doors open onto a charming, covered veranda furnished for outdoor dining and lounging, where guests can savor breathtaking sea views and direct access to the sandy beach and private pool area.



Upstairs, three more beautifully appointed bedrooms await. Two offer plush double beds, while the third features twin beds. This level includes two additional bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, while two of them open onto a balcony, where guests can enjoy sweeping views of the Cretan Sea, especially enchanting at sunrise or sunset.



The lowest level of the villa reveals the sixth bedroom with twin beds, alongside a shower room with WC. A dedicated playroom with a billiard table provides added entertainment, ensuring guests of all ages are well catered for.



Outdoors, the villa’s 32-square-meter private pool is set amid a small, grassy area that’s perfect for children to play. Sun loungers and umbrellas invite hours of sunbathing or reading in the shade, while the soothing sound of the waves sets the tone for pure relaxation.



Thanks to its convenient location, a car is not required to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A taxi station is just 50 meters away, and the villa is fully equipped for families, with a baby cot and highchair available on request. Please note that the changeover day is on Saturdays.
