About this cottage rental
Montiró is a small historical center of the s. XVII with a current population of 15 inhabitants, surrounded by rural roads that lead to fields planted with fruits and cereals, and to the Sierra de Ventalló.
Can Roca is a rustic village house completely renovated, located in this small rural center overlooking the countryside, near the Natural Park of Girona and 3 km from the beach. With a very careful and pleasant decoration, it has 3 floors:
- on the lower floor, there is a room and a bathroom
- on the first floor is the kitchen-dining room and the living room with fireplace and television
- on the second floor two bedrooms and a bathroom are distributed
It also has a terrace with beautiful views of the Empordà.

Vam estar al novembre amb el meu marit , els fills i la néta i vam tenir una estada molt agradable. La casa té de tot i està molt néta. La propietària i el seu fill van ser molt amables en tot també. Potser una mica allunyada del Port de la Selva per a fer les excursions que nosaltres voliem fer, però a l'entorn més proper també es pot fer excursions interessants...i està aprop de l'Escala. Moltes gràcies per tot.

Hemos estado alojados en Can Roca esta Semana Santa y todo, absolutamente todo ha sido perfecto!
La casa está ubicada en un lugar privilegiado para visitar todo lo que hay que ver en Girona: Girona capital, Pals, Peratallada, Monells, Cadaqués, Cap de Creus, Empuries...
En cuanto a la casa y a sus dueños nos han dejado sin palabras: su hospitalidad, su generosidad, su trato tan cercano como si fuéramos de casa. Ha sido sencillamente impresionante.
Gracias Rosa (y a toda la familia) por hacernos sentir así de a gusto con vosotros, un placer.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Una casa muy acogedora, decorada con buen gusto y completamente equipada. Señora Rosa muy atenta, amable y disponible a ayudarnos e informarnos en todo momento. Totalmente recomendable.

Nosaltres hem estat pel pont de St Joan dues parelles amb nens i la veritat és que vam quedar sorpresos. Ja haviem vist la casa per internet, i les crítiques, però la casa està realment molt ben equipada i decorada amb molt de gust i molt neta. La propietària, la Rosa, és una persona encantadora, ens va deixar aigua fresca i un suc pels nens el primer dia, ens va dur fruita (que per cert era boníssima) del seu hort, ens va oferir anar a casa seva a veure els animals i jugar al jardí. La veritat és que hi vam estar molt a gust.
El poble petit i tranquil molt ben comunicat. Han estat uns dies fantàstics.
