All owners are then obliged to remit these monies on your behalf to government authorities.

Overall good, the interior could benefit from a few minor details and fixes. Driveway extremely steep but once you do it once it’s manageable. The host Yanni was very helpful.

This property has outstanding views, great outdoor space, nice pool and good location.The inside is basic and would benefit from a little uodating - but it was good value for money.

We really enjoyed our week in this villa. Amazing views, lovely pool. We knew from the reviews about the 70 steps and the steep drive and these were not an issue for us.
However, we were disappointed with the eating outside options. The only tables were made of thick stone and retained significant heat from the day and scratched your legs if you tried to sit under them. We ended up eating indoors instead a lot.
Arthur was very helpful when we checked in. And Thalia sent us useful messages. But we didn’t receive any response for two days when we asked for help with the dishwasher breaking down and flooding the kitchen. So we had to clear up and wash all by hand instead. And the TV does not work at all. It seems there is no cable or aerial. Again, no help when we asked for it. It’s a shame but the villa feels quite neglected and the support to fix issues is not there.
