About this apartment rental

Venice Villas is a 2 story condo complex. The property extends all the way to the beach where there are 2 gazebos ideal for watching sunsets. My unit is on the ground floor next to the Olympic size pool. It is about a 3 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. The units are small studio/efficiency condos. The unit has WiFi/Internet, Cable, 4K smart TV, Stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Iron, Refrigerator and a Queen size bed. The property is ideally located. It is a short distance from the fishing pier, public beach, downtown shopping district/restaurants and Publix grocery store. There is also a laundry on site.

location of property great . was very soft bed and the shower was extremely hot had to rinse off with cold water. a/c could us some updating but for the price and location it was ok
