House located 500m from the beach in a very quiet area near Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and 15 km of Vilamoura or Faro (international airport). Near beaches are: Ancão or Vale do Garrão (Julia's).
The house has 2 sleeping rooms to accommodate 4 in total and one living room. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment.
In the living room it is possible that 2 more people sleep on the convertible sofa. The house is located in a villas condominium with tennis courts that can be rented per hour. Parking is available next to the house.
The condominium has several green spaces and besides the hotels and beach restaurants (walking distance) there are several other restaurants in the area (driving distance). Several supermarkets exist in Almancil 5 kms from the house.
There are also several night life options in Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Vilamoura or in the nearby beaches.

Our stay at Almancil was amazing. The house was very clean and it had amazing facilities, such as the jacuzzi. There was a BBQ to our availability which resulted in a very nice evening with some grilled fish. The neighbourhood itself was very quiet and close to beautiful beaches and nice restaurants.
The communication with the owner was really easy and nice. He helped us a lot with information, but also recommendations. In sum, my friends and I enjoyed our getaway and we would definitely come back! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a relaxing stay in the Algarve.

The owner was very quick answering any questions and sent lots of info
When we needed the hot tub cleaning he got onto management and it was done by the next day

Passámos uma excelente semana, 3 adultos e 3 crianças. Correu tudo muito bem, a casa era boa e limpa, com 3 casas de banho, e bem localizada. O jacuzzi foi um sucesso. Tudo na organização foi fácil, prático e sem más surpresas. So me tive que preocupar em divertir-me e descansar.

A casa estava em boa ordem. Espaçosa e bem apetrechada. A piscina do empreendimento fica realmente muito perto e é razoável embora a limpeza e os empregados não serem os melhores. A praia fica longe e só de carro é possível chegar lá sem grande esforço. A avaliação global é portanto positiva. Fico agora a aguardar a devolução da caução paga. Cumprimentos. Elisabete C. Silva
