Местоположение,прилегающий участок,домик,покой,тишина,соседей не слышно,Остров Рюген рядом ,город Штральзунд рядом,простота передачи ключа ,удобство Кровати, я оборудование кухни ,свежий ремонт ,декоративные элементы в интерьере!
В отзывах я читала :"видно воду,до воды 300 метров",воду не видно ,ну и та вода ,что рядом чесно говоря болото ,где судя по следам бывают коровы или кони ,надо отойти подальше за кемпинг,там можно найти маленькие песочные местечки .

Es war wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor hat wieder völlig problemlos. Der Bungalow war wieder in einem Tip Top Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm, nicht zu hart oder zu weich. Ein sehr schön ruhig gelegener Ort mit viel Möglichkeiten zum spazieren und entspannen. Ideal für Hundebesitzer, da auch der Bodden direkt vor der Haustüre (max. 3 min zu Fuß ) liegt. Selbst bei Anliegen kümmert sich Frau Timm und Frau Lange umgehenst um eine Lösung.

Herrliche Lage gleich am Meer und nicht weit in den Ort rein. Es war sehr ruhig und in dem kleinen Bungalow war alles, was man für ein verlängertes Wochenende braucht.
Über der Küchenzeile ist kein Licht, so dass es jetzt im Herbst zu dunkel war. Leider ist genau über dem Backofen ein Feuermelder. Der ging natürlich los, als wir Hähnchenkeulen backen wollten. Also, diesen Standort würde ich sofort ändern.
