About this apartment rental
Very spacious and light apartment with a large west facing terrace over looking the bay and the mountains. Shady courtyard to rear, ideal for breakfasting in the morning sun. Less than 10 minutes walk to the center of town and port area. Nearest beach 100m. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Fully refurbished with smart TV, internet, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and central heating. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Garage. If you are new to Collioure be advised public parking in high season is incredibly difficult to secure , and very expensive: if looking to rent, make sure you have parking included.

Recently returned from a very enjoyable 7 night stay in the apartment. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned and had a very well equipped kitchen. Being able to dine on the veranda or just sit reading a book was a very relaxing experience given the fantastic views over Collioure. Having access to a very clean and well maintained pool was an added bonus which we took advantage of every day given the high temperatures. There was some local building work taking place but this did not impact on our holiday given the restricted times that the builders were allowed to work. The property is located in a good central position for both Collioure and Port Vendres, which can be accessed on foot. We spent time in both locations and enjoyed the different experiences. Collioure is beautiful, shallow sea so it's safe for all family members, picturesque scenery, good restaurants and very friendly people.I will definitely go back and have been telling my friends about this "little gem".ThanksMarion
