Apartamento Mar e Sol

Se encuentra en una ubicación céntrica dentro de la isla, lo que, junto con un coche de alquiler, lo convierte en un punto ideal para recorrerla cómodamente.

Una noche, mientras utilizábamos la vitrocerámica para preparar la cena, coincidió que una persona se estaba duchando con agua caliente y teníamos encendido un deshumidificador para secar la ropa. En ese momento, saltó el automático y nos quedamos sin luz. Afortunadamente, pudimos solucionarlo por nuestra cuenta, pero fue una situación inesperada. Considero que sería recomendable aumentar la potencia eléctrica para evitar este tipo de incidencias. Por otro lado, la cocina cuenta con una especie de campana extractora artesanal, hecha de madera y conectada a un tubo hacia el exterior, que sobresale bastante. Su ubicación y diseño hacen que sea fácil golpearse la cabeza, por lo que quizá sería conveniente revisarla o señalizarla para evitar accidentes.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad y la comodidad. Muy completo en cuanto a enseres, hay absolutamente de todo. Perfecto para visitar la isla.

We loved that the apartment was located in a very calm and central location with lots of space for parking. It had an absolutely gorgeous ocean view from the kitchen and the living room with a lot of sunshine coming through the windows. We also enjoyed that the apartment was cozy, clean and tidied up. We loved that it had a washing machine—super convenient since it was a longer stay. It already had toiletries in handy, which was a plus.

The only suggestion that we can provide is about the coffee machine that was almost unusable, as it was spilling a lot of water and the smell of the couch that was a bit persistent.

The apartment is perfect for a longer stay. A lot of things were provided (detergent, shampoo, towels, cooking equipment...). Quite neighborhood, though you can hear some animals at night if you leave window open. Close to Ponta Delgada (~10min car ride, ~1h walking), as well as comfortable to travel around the island, since it is closer to the middle). All in all very happy with the stay!
