Room was bad , Ac properly not working , HOuse keeping staff was trying provide torn pillow cover which was rejected by VIP guest , Room was bad , not at all value for Money room . So the hotel only treat VIP guest and does not bother about common people who are spending 16K per day .

The service, the staff didn't have much ides of the facilities provided and couldn't get back with the details.
Like the spa staff didn't knew the types of massages and its difference
The room was not clean properly and there were cigarette buds in the balcony
The door lock was damaged and we got locked inside, the the door lock was changed.
