Excellent places for a long weekend!

The location was great, the apartment was clean, comfortable and with easy access, check in/out is super convenient through an app. Also I had to make a last minute reservation change, and the staff helped me a bunch!

It might be a cultural difference, but I find it extremely weird to have a reservation and pay for sheets, etc afterwards. Additionally, to be expected to leave all dishes cleaned, but there's no dish soap in the kitchen or normal soap on the toilets. Besides that, all great!

Perfect oasis

The bungalow was the perfect size for 4 of us enough space outdoor eating area full kitchen It had air con and it was really needed as it was so hot when we were here. The pool is fab

I missed that there were not towels provided so we had to use our pool Towels. Maybe so more poolside loungers are needed

Staff and management very uncooperative, door key system requires downloading an app, which was not available on my iPhone 14 due to it being Australian. Had to get my daughter to download it from her Canadian app store to enable us to get in at 8.30 at night. Although I purchased a full linen pack, no towels were supplied. The safety rail on the top bunk bed kept falling off, which has a danger to the child trying to sleep there. After notifying Management the next morning, nothing was done about the safety rail to rectify this important safety issue. They charged a security deposit of EU250.00 only after the time period within which a cancellation was possible, had passed!! This was not shown on the original invoice from Booking.com or from the Resort itself. Very deceptive conduct! I had to visit them again 7 days after departure to get my deposit back.

The location and the bangalow built/decoration. Very quite and relaxing area great for nature lovers.

restaurant was not open without previous notice so access to breakfast and food was difficult if not willing to cook by your own.

Excellent location, situated quietly in beautiful surroundings, close to many great places to visit. Perfect little bungalows with anything you could need.

Swimming pool was closed and we weren't informed in advance or even on arrival.

Cozy, very comfy but rooms are too small!

the location is very nice and quiet area but depends what are you looking for, for me it was quiet and near to the city of Maastricht! i also liked the food they give with bbq! was so good! 👌🏽

The rooms were tiny small in a way that i got shocked! i paid quiet a lot for a house for 4 person but the beds are for kids not adults!

The bedrooms very small. The property states an oven microwave combi, but it’s not. it’s a microwave with a grill which limits cooking somewhat. You can’t get your car in after 11pm at night but can park in on-site car park. Ordinarily, this would be fine, however, we had a problem parking as there was a big concert on in Maastricht and when we came back, parking was ridiculous. I had to cram my car in a small space wasn’t happy about it!

The location is central between Maastricht and Valkenburg. The view of the surrounding scenery is great. Quiete location close to nature.

Finding out only after making the booking that the listed fireplace was not allowed to be used, which was one of the reasons for selecting the property.

Nice place to stay close to Maastricht, but get there early

We liked the vacation home concept and the green surroundings

We arrived at the property after the reception closed and discovered they forgot to activate our card key, so we couldn’t open the entrance gate or the house door. We called the emergency number but nobody answered. This was at 9PM, in the middle of nowhere. Eventually we found someone to open the gate and house door. The second unpleasant surprise was not having any towels, so taking a shower became a challenge.

Perfect!

Very pleasant place and accommodation. The reception helped to check-in after check-in hours. We came with my husband's family and we were very satisfied. Kitchen utensils were also adequate to cook. The place was very quite, well designed and close to the main cities.

Very poor

The house was nice and comfortable.

To start they keep a deposit of 150€ or 250€ if you are under 25 which is not mentioned in the site. There are several rules that you mist follow other wise you pay extra and are mentioned only after booking and arriving at the place. Both houses had issues, some of them were: 1. Broke window above the main entrance 2. Broken tv 3. Bed sheets with blood strains 4. Dirty walls 5. Very difficult to transfer if you dont have a car, basically there is one bus , n. 8 from the city center that lives you outside the resort, however is every one hour and it takes only 8 people in total so in the end if you are not fast enough or very lucky you need to find an other way to go there. (Not to mention the struggle to inform anyone for the problems of the house, in order not to charged us extra) Overall, the problems that we had to solve made the trip very exusting and unpleasant in the end.

Loved by the whole family

What a nice surprise. We quickly selected a reasonably priced property just to act as a base for the F1. When we arrived to a lovely holiday home we were gutted we were not spending more of our holiday enjoying it. We are definitely going back to holiday there in the future.
