Very nice new tiny house. New appliances.
They give you one roll of toilet paper for 4 days when you rent a house for 4 persons :D towels and linens cost extra. They want the house to be ”broom clean” what ever that means, and this plus other extra terms were not mentioned in Booking.com but rather they send you an e-mail day before departure, demanding a lot of extra work. And of course check out is at 10 am, so they try to sell you late check out.. It made a negative final impression. Also, speed limit is 5 km per hour for cars, so kids on cart cars pass you by, as do cyclists going 30 km per hour. It feels odd, and they have a booklet threatening to throw you out if you exceed the speed limit, so curb crawling it is :D

The location was great, the apartment was clean, comfortable and with easy access, check in/out is super convenient through an app. Also I had to make a last minute reservation change, and the staff helped me a bunch!
It might be a cultural difference, but I find it extremely weird to have a reservation and pay for sheets, etc afterwards. Additionally, to be expected to leave all dishes cleaned, but there's no dish soap in the kitchen or normal soap on the toilets. Besides that, all great!
