After a problem arose with one of the two rooms we had booked, the staff offered to move us to a suite that could accommodate the entire family. This gesture was greatly appreciated and demonstrated excellent customer care.
The hotel is very charming, authentic, and full of local character, perfectly fitting the atmosphere of this magical city. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff's willingness to find a satisfactory solution to the issue we encountered.

1. To begin with Ms Fatima , the Manager was excellent. She was pleasant and customer friendly. Her assistant Yusef ( I think) was also very helpful
2. Ms Fatima arranged a small Fan for the room at our request, because the aircon was not efficient, due to size of room.
She also arranged a kettle in our room , which we requested.
3. The Breakfast was very varied and hearty.
1. The split level aircon fitted is not suitable in size for this room. Pls increase the capacity of aircon immediately.
2. Presence of pesky bees during breakfast was irritable and unhygenic.

- nice common areas
- Light came through the almost transparent curtains
- Water splashes everywhere when you shower as there are no shower doors
- The couch in the bedroom is full of dark/brown stains everywhere
- Toilet seat wasn’t bolted in so you had to be careful each piece wouldn’t fall
- The hair dryer in the room didn’t work
- Only took cash payment as their card reader “wasn’t working”
- lots of flies everywhere during brakfast
