Great stay at a quiet town with good facilities

Good communication with the owner and beautiful location, 5m walk from the beach

Airco in the livingroom was a bit small to keep the room cool. But for the bedroom it was fine.

Pleasant

The apartment is very well located, it is spacious and has everything you need. 2 minutes walk from the train station, 1 minute from the bus stop. The center is 5 minutes away on foot and the apartment has parking so it is not necessary to move the car. In the center there are restaurants that have very good service and very affordable prices. The communication with the host Filippo was perfect! Esmeralda the receptionist is really nice and helpful.

What I did not like is that the air conditioning in the living-room did not work and it was very hot inside, there is no window that can be opened. You also can hear the train passing so if you are a light sleeper this is not a good option. Light in the morning strikes directly. The apartment needs a remodel, some decorations and the shower has fungus on the edges and there is no microwave in the kitchen. There is no supermarket near to get some breakfast of snacks and the host doesn’t leaves anything to drink or eat.

The flat was very clean. Parking was a plus as we were driving. Close to the beach.

There was a cigarette smell in the flat. Maybe an air freshener would help for non smokers. It’s quite close to the train station so a bit noisy. Other than that, all good.

Comfortable, spacey, close to trainstation, excellent host

Very spacey appartment, very close to the trainstation. Offcourse one can hear the trains, but it was not at all disturbing. Easy travelling by train to the many cities and villages along the coast, from Genova to Sestri Levante and La Spezia. And Sori itself is also worth visiting. The appartment has a private parking just across the street. It is a dead end street, so it's quiet. Use the parking for turning around. Our booking was last minute, but thanks to excellent communication with the host, we could do self check-in, with a key in a key-safebox. All in all: very comfortable, plenty of space, friendly host, good communication via telephone, email and whatsapp.

L'unica cosa positiva è stata l'accoglienza e quindi la consegna delle chiavi.

La casa era concitata veramente male: si può partire dalle numerose crepe lungo tutti i muri, per arrivare alle piastrelle del bagno che stavano per cadere, per non parlare della piccola cucina con il top rovinato e non attrezzate per 5 persone. Tra l'altro il secondo giorno è dovuto venire l'idraulico per cambiare il lavandino che non funzionava più. Il posto era piccolo e vicinissimo al treno che si sentiva ogni volta che passava, anche se il problema più grande è che c'era solo una finestra che dava direttamente sulla strada.
