Utensílios básicos da cozinha eram muito desgastados e faltavam itens como leiteira, frigideira antiaderente, espátula para virar panqueca, fogão enferrujado.

Especialmente da localização, segurança do local, estacionamento, a limpeza e o acesso a praia, a hospitalidade e o atendimento da Anfitriã Dona Val.
É preciso fazer uma higienização nos armários e gavetas da cozinha, por ficar determinado tempo fechado, adquire um odor não muito agradável, mas nada que comprometa a estadia.
