Floor one has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, working gas fireplace in living room, in unit washer/dryer, gas BBQ, Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with premium channels and internet. Beautiful views of the ocean and Channel Islands from living room, gourmet kitchen and master bedroom. The 2nd and 3rd Floors have soaring ceilings and gas fireplace with spectacular views of the Channel Islands and Pacific Ocean. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Cooks kitchen with stainless steel appliances fully stocked for all your entertainment needs. Huge beach front patio where you can barbecue and dine alfresco or you can sit on one of the other 2 patios and read or just relax. Smart flat screen TV’s in every bedroom and living room with premium cable, internet and cellular booster. In unit washer/dryer. This one of a kind 3 story beach front home on Hollywood Beach has just been newly updated with brand new furnishings and is fully stocked with towels, linens and beach chairs. In addition the house has Central AC and heating. Our fully stocked home is here to meet all your needs. Separate kosher cooking supplies are available upon request. Pets will be considered with an additional pet fee. The house has direct beach access with an additional patio with seating and dining on the sand deck. Ping pong table and sand toys are also available for your use. Parking for 5 cars on site, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway (No street parking available).
-The occupancy for guests is limited to 10 persons maximum at night and any additional day visitors must have prior approval prior to arrival.
-The neighborhood has quiet hours which are strictly observed between 10 pm and 7 am.
-No amplified music or sound is allowed during quiet hours and any complaints about noise during the day or night will be strictly enforced.
- Property cannot be used for any events that exceed the applicable occupancy or guest limits, or that violate the quiet hours, noise standards or any other standard required with us in accordance to our contract.

Parking was plentiful. The host’s welcome basket was so sweet. Our host Rita was wonderful, quick to respond. Kitchen was well equipped.

The house and location were great! The house was clean and had tons of room. View is incredible too! Rita was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

What a dreamy time this was with our large family. We have many young children and this beach house was a dream. What I wish it would have said was that while yes it was luxury, it was also homey and easy to relax in. The flooring was AWESOME for a beach house and easy to keep up with with my little ones. The shade that was provided in the morning for them to play in the sand was dreamy. It was a walk to the beach but a good one. Absolutely loved it here and we certainly feel we got our moneys worth with the location. Great sushi and seafood nearby. But away from crowds. Just dreamy.

I gave our overall stay 3 stars because the house is broken up into 2 units. The upstairs unit and downstairs units are small. We thought we were getting a big house on the beach that had alot of room for two families. It was tight for the amount we paid. The location was great but that’s about it. We also rented in March when the weather is cooler but there was no discount offered. The heater kept turning way down at night and it would get freezing cold at night. We kept turning it back up and it would turn back down. It was a nest so maybe they set it to turn down at certain times but with a 5 month old baby sleeping in a pack n play it was waaaaay too cold. That was another point of frustration. They did give us an early check in and late checkout which was nice of them.
