Location, very gentle and cooperative manager Mr Mahmoud and the receptionists.
It’s my fourth time here and they are always improving. This time they inserted a new super fast internet.

The place was clean, front desk staff friendly. The room was big. The gym was functional. Location was great, with a mosque and grocery close by.
The breakfast was very disappointing. The staff managing thr breakfast had attitude ( which was addressed by the front desk staff). The shower door wouldn't close properly and I was to maneuverthe shower head to stop the water spreading across the whole washroom. The fridge was a bit too noisy ( a bit old too), the sink repair was an eye sore and took away from the experience. The swimming pool was nice but it was deep all across with no shallow end for kids.
Honestly this is what took a my 9 rating to a 7.

I’m really happy that the property was clean.
The doors, despite being given room cards, do not lock at all and the cards are not needed to open them. We realised this on the second night which was shocking as we’d left valuables in the room. This is a very big security threat - anyone can walk in at any time of the day or night.
