Exceptional place to stay in Ksamil

Beautiful hotel, up on a hill, five minutes from beach. Xhoni was the perfect host, friendly, efficient, accommodating and always went above and beyond. Room was spacious, clean and quiet and the balcony had a touch of view of sea. There was a small (not heated) pool and a nice hot tub outside. Breakfast was a huge and hearty homemade buffet of hot and cold foods, too many to list.

Great one night stay, very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed one night, the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot his name because my review is weeks after our trip, but he took us into town as we were running late for our tour.

It was a bit out of the way compared to where we stayed the previous nights. But not really that far only a 10-15 min walk into the main area.

It was wonderful

The bedroom was comfortable with a balcony and sea view. The staff were very attentive to ensuring that nothing was missing at breakfast or other things. Swimming pool was clean. The jacuzzi was cleaned every day. The proximity from the beautiful beach and some restaurants and bars. I'll go back for sure, they deserve a very good recommendation. Thanks a lot to them for giving me a wonderful vacation and especially to Xhoni for all the laughs we shared with my kids.

Okay place but needs some fixing up.

Very friendly and helpful people running this hotel. The room had a balcony and looked out to the ocean. The kind young men who ran the place carried our heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs to our room, and offered to have our washing done at no cost, though we didn’t T take them up on the offer as we ran short of time. The parking area was convenient. It was short walk to the beach area.

The shower in our room didn’t have any hot water. Luckily we were offered the room across the hall for showering which worked out okay. It was cold weather when we stayed and I asked about using the jacuzzi which wasn’t heated up when we first arrived. They tuned it on the next afternoon, but only heated it to barely tepid and so it was way too cold to soak in when it was 16 degrees outside! The key to the room was difficult to get into the door to the room and there was only one blanket provided for the bed so I had to ask for another one.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time and it was fine. Probably family business with ok staff.

The rooms with seaview are not the ones shown in the photos, the property has published pictures with the sea much closer and with a view. The cupboards smelled quite unpleasantly, as did the sewage in the bathroom. It was not the cleanest room I stayed in. We found cockroaches. Poor quality breakfast and not at all varied. Dirty breakfast cutlery. The coffee served at breakfast was extremely bad, however, each guest was entitled to an espresso coffee free of charge during the interval in which breakfast was served.

The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The guys tried to help us even at night, and the cleaning ladies had always a smile on their faces. i was really happy about the staff. also the beach in really close, 5minutes by foot, down the hill

We didn’t like some details that eventuall affect the whole experience. we didn’t have sheets to put on blankets- what was really upseting because its still cold in may at night, we called the reception and the guy there really tried to help us but here I think the hotels owner/manager failed because the worker cant solve a problem when there is the whole basic equipment missing. it felt unhygienic to sleep with a used blanket with no sheets on. also the bathroom- we didnt have a shower space only a shower head right next to the toilet- but I think the hotel is still new in this sphere- so they need to learn

We only stayed one night and for that short time it was ok but didn’t meet the expectations.

View was nice and just a short walk to the beach. Also the breakfast was ok.

The bed was really uncomfortable, you could feel the springs, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The walls were really thin and we could hear people in the adjacent rooms coughing, showering and blow drying their hair in the middle of the night.

We were expecting a different experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

- very uncomfortable beds - although new, in general many aspects of the room were already broken: shower head was damaged, the holder of the shower head just fell off the wall, the mosquito net was broken, the roller shutter could not be lowered etc. - lots of construction noise in the near of the hotel during daytime and loud music in the evening - not a nice surrounding and not close to the beach

It was clean, and the staff was very polite. There was a view on the sea. Breakfast was OK. It was generally a calm place to stay.

The room could have been furnished in a better way. No chairs and no place to hang the clothes. Lack of plug-ins to charge the phone. The coffee for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel in general is very clean. Great located if you want to take sunbath in the Paradise Beach. Not so difficult to find it and the breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful!

Maybe that it is located a bit faraway from other 'famos beaches'.

The hotel is located 10 min walk from the centre, and its in a quiet location. The staff (Xhoni) was very helpful and it was great talking to him. The room and the toilet was clean and also the breakfast is delicious although its the same everyday. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, would 100% recommend.

There were only 2 plugs in the room not near the bed.
