Exceptional place to stay in Ksamil

Beautiful hotel, up on a hill, five minutes from beach. Xhoni was the perfect host, friendly, efficient, accommodating and always went above and beyond. Room was spacious, clean and quiet and the balcony had a touch of view of sea. There was a small (not heated) pool and a nice hot tub outside. Breakfast was a huge and hearty homemade buffet of hot and cold foods, too many to list.

We stayed one night, the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot his name because my review is weeks after our trip, but he took us into town as we were running late for our tour.

It was a bit out of the way compared to where we stayed the previous nights. But not really that far only a 10-15 min walk into the main area.

ג'וני האחראי היה נהדר, רוב הדברים הטובים שיש לי לכתוב על המקום ושגרמו לנו להרגיש בסדר במהלך השהייה הם בזכות ג'וני. ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסדר. היה אפשר לשבת באזור של ארוחת הבוקר גם לאורך שאר היום, זה היה נחמד כי לא מדובר במלון אלא יותר בסוג של הוסטל. הבריכה קטנה ונחמדה, דרושה ניקיון יותר משמעותי, גם הג'קוזי דרוש ניקיון יותר טוב, לא רציתי להיכנס. יש חניה במקום וזה ממש חשוב. החדר מרווח יחסית. מיקום במרחק הליכה של כ 10 דקות מהים. קצת מרוחק מהעיר המרכזית אבל עדיין במרחק הליכה של 15-20 דקות מהמרכז. היתה טרמפולינה קטנה בחצר - אטרקציה מעולה לילדים!

היינו בחדר משפחה בקומה התחתונה ובאופן יחסי לחדר של חברים בקומה העליונה עוד היה לנו חדר טוב. המקלחת לא מספיק נקיה, האבזור במקחת מתקלף/ שבור ולא הרגיש נעים במיוחד. המגבות ישנות. באחד הערבים לא היו בכלל מים חמים בכל המתחם, התקלחנו במים קפואים, התקלה סודרה ביום למחרת. המיטות לא ראויות לשינה, המזרונים צריכים להיות בפח וגם הכריות. המזרון שלנו היה שבור עם שקע באמצע. אחרי 4 לילות כולנו יצאנו שבורים.

Prima voor als je een beetje op je geld moet letten

De gastheer was heel vriendelijk en grappig. Toen mijn vriend heel ziek werd mochten we een uurtje later uitchecken. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en het was op loopafstand naar het strand en restaurantjes.

Het zwembad was kleiner en ondieper (1.30m) dan we hadden verwacht en het rook niet altijd fris daar bij de jacuzzi. Op een ochtend waren er geen zitplekken meer bij het ontbijtgedeelte. We mochten gelukkig bij een ander paar aanschuiven. We hebben toen zelf ergens stoeltjes van het andere terras moeten zoeken en droog moeten maken met servetjes. De schoonmakers lieten het balkon deur wagen wijd open staan na de schoonmaak waardoor we last hadden van muggen in de kamer.

It was wonderful

The bedroom was comfortable with a balcony and sea view. The staff were very attentive to ensuring that nothing was missing at breakfast or other things. Swimming pool was clean. The jacuzzi was cleaned every day. The proximity from the beautiful beach and some restaurants and bars. I'll go back for sure, they deserve a very good recommendation. Thanks a lot to them for giving me a wonderful vacation and especially to Xhoni for all the laughs we shared with my kids.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Desde la comodidad de las camas hasta la hospitalidad recibida, todo ha superado nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y del centro, pero lo que realmente hace especial este lugar es Jony: siempre con una sonrisa, atento a cada detalle y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Hotel a gestione familiare accogliente, pulito, tranquillo, ben organizzato. Il gestione super simpatico si da molto d amare per i suoi clienti. Complimenti. Attenzione ad usare google maps, meglio passare dal centro di ksamil per raggiungere l hotel. Inoltre bella piscina e idromassaggio.

Familiäre Atmosphäre, wir kommen wieder!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber John, der immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super, alles frisch und lokal, besonders das unterschiedliche Gebäck und Kuchen, welches in der Küche frisch zubereitet wurde, waren sehr lecker und typisch albanisch. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber dennoch hatten wir ihn die meiste Zeit für uns. Auch konnte man am Pool entspannen und die Liegen oder Sitzsäcke nutzen. Alles sehr kinderfreundlich, sowohl unser Sohn (4) als auch unsere Teenie Tochter haben sich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch super. Man ist in maximal 5 Minuten am Strand. Handtücher wurden täglich frisch gewechselt.

Nicht alle Zimmer sind neu und renoviert. Wir hatten eines das noch älter war. Hier könnte man die Wände streichen und Mobiliar erneuern, z.B Balkonmöbel. Es gab aber auch neu renovierte Zimmer.
