About this house rental
Cozy ranch home in the Metedeconk section of Brick. Your family is welcome here in a family-friendly quiet neighborhood. Three-mile-drive to Bay Head beach and a few more miles to Point Pleasant beach. Three comfy bedrooms, (Queen in the master, Queen in second, and two twin beds in third). Very large eat in kitchen and dining area, large living room for hosting, and Den with cable/internet. Enjoy tranquil mornings with coffee outside in a 12' x 24' screened in porch over looking a garden. Off the to side of the porch is a gas BBQ and outdoor shower. Central air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and off the street parking in driveway for guests to use. 1 full bath and 1/2 bath. Cable/internet included with Smart TV's.

The house was very clean and spacious. The furniture was comfortable including comfortable beds and bedding. I would bring a charging port for anyone who needs it. It was hard to find enough available outlets to charge our devices. And, I wouldn't plan on having room to store belongings if there for more than a couple of nights. the house is lovingly lived in. But, owners were very generous in providing plenty of bottled water and necessities. But, first world problems - the house was super comfortable.

We had a fantastic 4th of July weekend at the shore! The house was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect!

Overall this was a good experience. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and for the most part the house was clean and quite serviceable. However the refrigerator was full of food, personal effects, including family pictures and crucifixes, were left out and several lamps didn't work even after being plugged in. Note that this house does not have a dishwasher or Wi-Fi and the quote-unquote coffee pot is a percolator.
